What is the cancellation policy?

Because retreat planning requires advance commitments for instructors, meals, venue space, and supplies, all retreat registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please notify Sew Chaotic Fabric & Notions as soon as possible.

If the retreat has a waiting list, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant. Registration transfers are subject to approval by Sew Chaotic Fabric & Notions and must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the retreat.

In the unlikely event that Sew Chaotic Fabric & Notions must cancel the retreat, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their retreat registration fee. Sew Chaotic Fabric & Notions is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel reservations, or other costs incurred.
